Tapping into the tourism/resort look and feel was a hallmark of the campaign. That resonated through everything, starting with the art direction and motion design toolkit
LAUNCH CAMPAIGN WITH RHYS DARBY
Having a comedic talent like Rhys Darby act as the Board of Turalsim Deputy Director was the best pitch man a creative team could ask for. He was the perfect match for the campaign’s adventure/tourism angle and fans LOVED it.
INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN
The integrated campaign elements were cromprised of a “Board of Turalism” microsite styled after tourism sites, as well as an ARG component that wove a hidden map throughout the entire site. With clues hidden in blog posts, site content, and even a chatbot, the ARG enticed would-be adverture enthusiats to come to Tural by completing the puzzle and assembling an illustrated map that was misplaced by the board’s intern.
